We’ve established minimum standards for publication advertisements and for trade show exhibits. The goal of our Standards Program is to enhance public health and safety, support industry self-regulation, and foster the responsible growth of our industry. The program is also intended to increase the accuracy of information provided to the public and assist them in making educated decisions. Click here for more information.

Note

Hong Kong Regulations

  • By virtue of the fact that there are a number of ordinances and regulations that apply to the products imported into Hong Kong, it might be advisable for some exhibitors to import sample quantities of empty containers rather than commercial-for-sale quantities of containers containing products.
  • In addition, making health benefit claims for various dietary supplements, natural remedies and functional foods is strictly regulated under Hong Kong law. Therefore, exhibitors who choose to make health benefit claims are strongly urged to seek their own independent legal counsel on the issue. Penton Media Asia & New Hope Natural Media does not accept any responsibility for liability arising from breaches of Hong Kong law in relation to the importation or exhibition of any product at Expo Asia.
